If you have made an order that you want to cancel – whether due to submitting an incorrect order, wanting to return products or for another reason – please use the form below to start the contract withdrawal process.
In case your order had already been shipped out, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a documented product fault.
For orders that had not been shipped yet, shipping and handling costs will be fully refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of initiating the cancellation. If the order had already been shipped, the 14 days count from the day the return parcel arrives with me.
