The slanted, rounded shape of these buttons helps with sliding inputs, particularly between Y and B. Previously, these buttons have only been available within custom controllers ordered from me, but I decided to also make them available individually here.
The flat bottom side makes them suitable for both regular silicone dome click pads and for mouse click ABXY buttons. I've also confirmed the shape to fit Sparkplate pre-notched front shells – many custom resin-casted button sets jam when used with these front shells. As the buttons are fully transparent, you can customize them to match the color theme of your controller by sticking colorful paper or stickers to the bottom side.
Currently, two different options are available:
1. ABXY only
2. ABXY and start (reduced height)
The reduced height of the start button is intended to reduce the risk of accidental start button inputs, which some players struggle with when using regular height start buttons (usually happens after flick or pivot inputs).
Unlike most similar rounded button sets, usually sold as "bald buttons", with these, the ABXY text is still visible on the buttons, which can be convenient when the controller is used by a novice player.
The letters are, however, rounded and smoothed and thus more comfortable than the fairly sharp text contour edges of OEM ABXY buttons.
